February faves

Hi Everyone! Since February just ended I thought I would share some of my favorite things from the past month. Everything from my favorite show on Netflix to favorite beauty product. Hope you enjoy.

Favorite snack: Lately I have had two favorite snacks that I am obsessed with! Skinny Dipped Almonds in dark chocolate cocoa because they are a little sweet, but are actually a good source of protein and pretty low in sugar. They are a great grab and go. My other favorite snack recently,  has been apples with organic peanut butter. I love the texture of organic peanut butter or almond butter and peanut butter is also a great source of protein. I am a big fan of the one from Kowalski’s (a Minnesota Grocery Store) but any store with fresh ground peanut butter, like whole foods is a great alternative as well.  With the apples, there is an added bonus of fiber!

Favorite Beauty product: I am a huge fan of Tarte because they are completely natural and I think their products are truly some of the best on the market. I found their   4-in-1 mascara which I LOVE! It provides so much length, curl, and volume with almost no flaking or clumping. This product is also dermatologist tested and vegan which are even more added bonuses. This is truly the best mascara I have ever used AND it comes in waterproof! I would highly recommend this product!

Favorite show on Netflix: I just discovered 90210 (the new version) on Netflix and can’t stop watching it! It is about a very affluent high school in Beverly Hills and all the drama that occurs. 90210 is very similar to Gossip girl which is also one of my favorite dramas on Netflix.

Favorite piece of clothing: I have been LOVING my maroon Swifty tech long sleeve crew (maroon is not available at the moment). It is so comfortable and the perfect balance between chic and athletic. I wear it to workout or I throw on my Black Northface vest and wear it as a cute long sleeve. Perfect for any occasion!

Favorite way to workout: I have been doing yoga sculpt whenever I can lately and I really love it! Sculpt typically combines light weights and yoga moves which makes it the perfect combination of toning and cardio. Just make sure to drink a lot of water before because it can get pretty hot!

Favorite piece of jewelry: My Kendra Scott Elisa Pendant hands down has been my favorite piece of jewelry from the past month. I have the “Blush Pearl” color which goes with everything! It is a subtle piece of jewelry that makes an elegant statement.
