HAPPY SUNDAY!
Today is the day! I have finished creating the 30-day mental health challenge!!
For the challenge, I encourage all of you to try it, even with work and school, each day should only have a small task and I will be documenting and completing it along with you! I am so excited that I got the chance to create this because I want to continue to promote self-love and taking the time to work on yourself and your happiness! Thank you to everyone who said on my Instagram that you would participate! It means the absolute world to me that I have constant support from amazing humans:)
I have put the challenge on here and have also shared it on my Instagram! Feel free to start it whenever you feel you need a motivational push but for me, I will be starting tomorrow if you want to follow along with the same days that I am completing this.
My goal is to have this challenge open your mind to caring for yourself and reminding you to take time to do things that make you feel good and happy. Mental health and self-care should be one of the biggest priorities because we can’t move through life if we aren’t content with our place or purpose. WE have to be able to accept ourselves and our dreams and goals to make the best out of our path and work towards our happy success. I believe a lot of weight would be lifted off the world itself if all humans were able to enjoy their place in the world despite all the negative things that can go on. Even if it takes time and may seem impossible, I also believe everyone has the ability to love themselves and be happy. We should flow through life enjoying every moment and if this challenge helps you see that, then I know I have reached my goal of inspiring others.
This challenge means a lot to me because I truly enjoy taking time for myself and learning that my body and my mind are the most important things in my life.
So, I hope you all get a bit creative and have fun working through the challenge!
