Fall is my favorite season. I go all-out.

I always have a candle burning (pumpkin or some apple cinnamon spice), I have my fall playlist on repeat, I pick outfits based on the leaf colors, baking turns into fall recipes, decorations go up so quickly and I try to walk everywhere I can so I can enjoy the leaves changing color and the breeze that is literally always perfect.

I don’t know but fall brings me so much joy.

Which brings me to this week’s blog: fall fashion trends that I AM OBSESSED WITH.

My Pinterest has currently been filling up with different fall outfits and I can’t wait to start picking some new outfits for the upcoming season. I know fashion trends are constantly changing, but these are my current obsessions:

Shirt Wool Jacket

This is an absolute must for my fall closet. I got my first jacket in a nice neutral plaid pattern in the winter and fell in love with it. I recently bought a sage green one on sale just for the fall season. They are perfect for layering and keep you warm while becoming a good fashion piece.

Sweater Vests/Layering with Button-Ups

I find that with sweater vests, there are SO MANY ways to dress it up but for the fall season, layering with a button-up has been my favorite. Finding a neutral sweater vest is definitely a must when it comes to closet staple items.

Faux Leather/Layering with Sweaters

I found the perfect faux leather jacket at Zara that is perfect to dress up or down for the fall season. I found this picture on Pinterest and love layering a wool sweater over for an extra cute look.

Sweat Sets

These will always be an obsession for me but since most of my classes are online, this will probably be my go-to outfit for most of the season. I encourage everyone to get at least one sweat set for their closet. Trust me, it is so worth it.

Beanies/Long Coats

To be honest, I didn’t know what to categorize this as because I kind of just want to copy the whole outfit. Wool sweaters, jeans, wool coat, beanie… this is how I basically want to dress this fall.

Blazers

Once again, this whole outfit is a must for fall. I want to find a good blazer at some point (probably not needed yet since I am at school) but the green blazer in this outfit is a definite must for my fall closet.

Those are my current obsessions for the upcoming fall season in terms of fashion!
