Wanted to post a short blurb about wellness today!
My big goal with this blog is to spread positivity and little tips on being happy with your life but I gotta be real for a moment; everyone and I mean EVERYONE has bad days. Days where it’s so gloomy that you have no motivation, almost like a complete blip where you’re stuck in a feeling of bleh. I’m currently having one of those days however, I’m using this opportunity to self-care by posting a blog because this is what makes me happy:)
To be honest, it’s been a weird, gloomy couple of days. Whether it’s from a long work shift, plans not going right, or school stress, it’s been tough to see the brighter side of things. As much as we all try, bad days happen, but, the best thing we can do is we turn it around and we move on.

Please remember, it’s a long hard-working goal to reach a point of optimism, I mean I am still working towards it everyday, but the way we continue to grow is to learn and move forward and it will continue to get easier and feel amazing.
