go outside!

hi hi.

short blog post this week because it’s nice outside and I am going on a walk. a mental health walk. To clear my mind and maybe get a tan.

I started a new series on my Instagram: Fish eye Fridays.

My friend bought me some fun lenses a while back and they are so much fun to use that my goal this summer is to get creative with my content.

So in light of that, I will be starting this series and post my favourite pics and videos using the lens.

Maybe I’ll make a new account just for fun and to have these pictures up.

I encourage you all to get outside even just for a few minutes and soak in some sun because it’s almost summer and the weather is BEAUTIFUL.

and for mental health awareness month, here are some of my favourite self-care activities:

  • walking or hiking
  • baking
  • reading
  • coffee runs
  • driving
  • pinterest scrolls
  • listening to music

Just some ideas but since it’s Sunday, take some time and try some of your go-to self-care activities:)
