Mindful Journaling

I know I posted a couple days ago, but I got some inspiration to write again and who knows, maybe I will post a couple more times this week. As I am always working towards keeping up with myself and my positivity, I have realized how much journaling has impacted me since I have started.

So, I wanted to write a short blog today about journaling. I came across this amazing idea a while back to journal for about 10 minutes and the prompt each day is to write about one interaction you had that day. A rule I made for myself, even if it wasn’t the perfect day, is that the interaction has to be positive. Because we aren’t going to reach a point of feeling our best self if we only reflect on the negatives.

So I took this challenge upon myself, and every day, I am writing about an interaction that I can look back on and remember the positive feeling that it gave me. Some people are complete strangers, while others are my closest people. I may let them read it one day but I am too excited for now to see how long this will last.
