Nature Retreat

HAPPY SUNDAY!

This week has been absolutely INSANE.

I have no clue how so many things went on in what seemed like a really short period.

I accepted my offer to university, my family is in the process of moving, math is consuming, I don’t know how I am working almost every day, graduation planning is through the roof, I am planning for the summer/fall, and I am trying to balance being with my friends and family.

Before the pandemic, I was just as busy with balancing all this stress (of course, it was about different things) but now, I don’t know how to approach and prioritize these tasks.

Except… NATURE. I have realized this week that taking a break from being inside worrying about all of this and walking/hiking has been a nice way to clear my head. I guess that’s what got me through this week. Being outside in the nice weather and in the trails either by myself or with a friend or family member.

I also realized that everything is going to work out in the way it’s supposed to and maybe I don’t need to conquer every single stress at once.

I have found myself walking almost every day, even if it is for a short one around the block, and while getting the chance to move my body, I also get the chance to think things through and actually take a stand for what I want to accomplish each day.

SO, if you get a chance, get outside and you’ll see what wonders it can do for your stress. Take my word it can seriously change your perspective.

Also, I can’t wait for my summer blogs. I am so excited to share more pictures and more experiences on here. Plus, we are soon reaching a full year of me having this amazing blog and I can’t wait to write more for all of you! THANK YOU FOR THE CONSTANT SUPPORT:)

STAY KIND:)
